How to book an appointment

The easiest way to get help is to call us. The line is open 24/7, and you will speak directly with a medical professional who can answer your questions, assess how urgent the situation is and arrange the appropriate care. The phone consultation is free and does not oblige you to anything.

If it is difficult for you to talk on the phone, write to us on WhatsApp. This is a convenient option if you need privacy, if you are at work or if you would prefer to describe the situation in writing first. We will reply promptly and suggest a convenient time for an appointment or a call.

Consultations in English

If you are an expat or a visitor to Kazakhstan and would prefer to speak in English, just tell us at the beginning of your call or in your first WhatsApp message. We will arrange a consultation with a doctor who can conduct the appointment in English, whether in the clinic, at home or online.

You can also write to us in English on WhatsApp. If you have medical documents from your home country, you can bring them to the appointment — the doctor will review them with you.

Formats of care

When you contact us, the doctor will help you choose the most suitable format. An appointment in the clinic is a good choice for a planned consultation, assessment and follow-up. A home visit is recommended in acute conditions, during a drinking binge, for older patients and for anyone who cannot or does not want to leave home.

Online consultations are suitable for follow-up visits and for people in other cities or abroad. If the condition requires round-the-clock supervision, we arrange admission to our own inpatient unit, including at night and on weekends.

What to tell us when you call

To help us respond quickly and correctly, briefly describe the situation: who needs help (you or a relative), what is happening, how long it has been going on and whether there are any immediate dangers. If it is about alcohol or drugs, tell us approximately what was used and when. If the person has chronic illnesses or takes medication, mention that as well.

You do not have to give your full name or personal details to receive a consultation. Treatment is anonymous and does not lead to registration, and all information is protected by medical confidentiality under the law of Kazakhstan.

Our main city is Almaty. We also provide care in Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe, Taraz, Pavlodar, Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk), Semey, Atyrau, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Oral (Uralsk), Petropavl, Aktau, Turkistan, Kokshetau, Taldykorgan, Ekibastuz, Temirtau, Zhezkazgan and Konaev — 22 cities in total.

Home visits

Doctor home visits are available 24/7. When you request a visit, the doctor on duty will clarify the address, the patient's condition and the approximate arrival time. Our specialists come discreetly, without marked vehicles or uniforms, so that neighbors do not notice anything unusual.

During the visit, the doctor examines the patient, provides necessary medical care and, if hospitalization is required, arranges transport to the inpatient unit. Relatives receive clear recommendations on what to do next.

Emergency situations

Some situations require immediate help from state emergency services. If a person has attempted suicide, has lost consciousness, has seizures or difficulty breathing, shows signs of severe poisoning or overdose, or behaves aggressively and endangers others, call 112 or 103 right away.

For children and young people who are in distress or need someone to talk to, the national helpline 150 is available. After the immediate danger has passed, you can contact us to continue psychiatric or addiction treatment.

Privacy of your request

We understand that contacting a psychiatrist or addiction specialist is a sensitive step. Information about your call, messages and visits is not shared with anyone. We do not contact employers, schools or relatives without your consent, and we do not send any materials that might reveal the nature of your request.

If you prefer that we contact you only at certain times or only through WhatsApp, just let us know. We will respect your wishes.
